<p>Preferably using a wok  at the last 7 mins of 15 mins Preheat stove to 350-400 degress farenheit</p>
<p>It&#8217;s best if used a glass bakeware dish lightly sprayed with pam or any cooking oil</p>
<p>Boil 2 boil in bag rice place the rice when done on top of the bread crumbs smooth out rice as well as bread crumbs Place a light layer of bread crumbs on top of rice then&#8230;</p>
<p>Take the chicken brocoli mix which is the above ingredients use 1 can of cream of chicken put into a big bowl stir together the brocoli  and chicken then pour on top of rice</p>
<p>Add finely shredded Italian Style cheese on top of the chicken brocoli add bread crumbs on top for extra moisture</p>
<p>Bake for 30 mins depending on what type of stove u have on 350 to 400</p>
<p>Serves about 4</p>
<p>Has about 350 calories</p>

Now add the beef mince (when you put it in be shore to separate all of the mince or it will be all lumpy). Cook till meat browns. Now add 2 pinches of paprika, add the salt and pepper. Stir in the ingredients for 5 minutes after the five minutes check your foods taste. Now add the tomatoes and beans add more paprika if you wish but no more than 4 pinches or it’ll ruin the taste. Now add your squirts of ketchup to your chilli. And now let it cook for the last five minutes.</span></span></em></strong></p>
