Min-Jeong’s Spicy Rice Cake Soup

Min-Jeong’s Spicy Rice Cake Soup (= tteokbokki / Stir-Fried Rice Pasta) is a Korean food. A long time ago, the King & Queen ate it. People often eat it instead of a meal.
 
1 stick rice cake
water
egg
fish cake
hot pepper paste
onion
oil
garlic
carrot
cabbage
sugar
soy sauce
chili powder
ramen noodles

 First, boil water with hot pepper paste, oil, soy suace, suggar, and chilly powder. Then, put the onion and garlic into the boiling water. Next, cut vegetables into small pieces and put them into the boiling water.  Also add the a stick of rounded rice cake, fish cake and eggs. After that, put boiled ramen into the tteokbokki. Finally, we can enjoy the delicious tteokbokki !
